This is an Arisaka Type 38 Long Rifle bolt-action rifle in 6.5mm. Serial number – 00756053. This Arisaka still has the chrysanthemum (with arsenal mark overlapping it) and Japanese Type 38 stamped on the receiver. Was produced by Kokura Arsenal. The Type 38 rifle was a bolt-action service rifle used by the Empire of Japan predominantly during the Second Sino-Japanese War and Second World War. The design was adopted by the Imperial Japanese Army in 1905. Includes a surplus sling as well!
