This is a Browning A-5 Light Twelve semi-automatic shotgun in 12 gauge. Serial number-8G6379. This shotgun is in excellent condition and features a 14" length of pull, 2 3/4" chamber, round knob, vent rib, modified choke, and Poly Choke. The original manual for the gun and the Poly Choke manual are also included. After running a serial number lookup, we believe this shotgun was manufactured in Belgium in 1958. The Browning Automatic 5, most often Auto-5 or simply A-5, is a recoil-operated semi-automatic shotgun designed by John Browning. It was the first successful semi-automatic shotgun design, and remained in production until 1998.
