This is a no reserve penny auction for a Colt 1911 U.S. Army semi-automatic pistol in .45 ACP. Serial number- 328570. This 1911 is in great condition for a ripe age of 105 years old being manufactured in 1918. The proof on the frame reads "O" and "H" and also retains a Eagles Head S13 inspection mark near magazine release. Slide has an "O" and "H" marking as well. Barrel reads, "HS" for High Standard Mfg. Co. and a "P" on the opposite side which is a WW2 era barrel and not original to this 1911. Comes with an unmarked type 3, two-tone, lanyard loop Colt Calvary magazine.
