This is a Colt Python DA/SA revolver in .357 Mag. Serial number -K71995. Mfg Dated 1981. This revolver is in excellent condition with little to no signs of wear, rust, or damage. Clearly, this Python was not shot very much and was well taken care of by the previous owner. It also comes with the original box and the original manual. Built on Colt’s large I-frame. Pythons have a reputation for accuracy, smooth trigger pull, and a tight cylinder lock-up. Some firearm collectors and writers such as Jeff Cooper, Ian V. Hogg, Chuck Hawks, Leroy Thompson, Scott Wolber, Renee Smeets, and Martin Dougherty have described the Python as the finest production revolver ever made.
