This is a Rossi Model M971 revolver in .357 Mag. Serial number- CV898482. This revolver comes with an Allen case. The Rossi Model 971 is a revolver manufactured by the Rossi Firearm Company of Brazil, which was owned by the Interarms Firearms of Alexandria, Virginia. The 971’s size and function is similar to a Smith & Wesson K-frame but with a J-frame-sized grip. Our sample was made from stainless steel and wore a bright finish. The grip is checkered rubber with finger grooves and a slight palm swell similar to a Pachmayr Gripper grip.
